On July 02, 2026, at approximately 12:05 am, an unknown male between the age of 34-45 years old was captured on video using a propane torch to set fire to a flag in the 2500 block of Woodstock. The suspect is described as 5’08”- 6-3” in height, weighing approximately 160-190 lbs., dark hair, and wearing a black zip-up jacket with brown/tan bottoms.
