The City of Detroit continuing its community meetings on the budget is holding the last two Budget Priorities Forum THIS WEEK on Tuesday, Nov. 19 in District 4 and on Wednesday, Nov. 20 in District 5. Forums are being held in all 7 City Council districts to get resident input for the Mayor’s Fiscal Year 2026 proposed budget. Office of Budget staff will give an overview of the budget development process, share priority-setting challenges, and take public comments.
