Summary of the proposed sign: Erect an 809 sq. ft., 63’ x 12’10” internally illuminated wall sign consisting of the words “Little Caesars” and a logo, the top of which is 145’ above the ground on the western façade. 

Summary of the waiver request and the extent to the sign does not meet the regulation: A waiver is requested from Sec. 4-4-45(d) to permit a wall sign 105’ (245%) taller than the 40’ permitted and from Sec. 4-4-62(b) to permit the combination of permissible sign area for a corner lot building.
