Learn about the plan, give feedback, and meet with Wayne Metro.
In order to enroll, please have the following documents ready to provide to Wayne Metro:
- Photo ID (City, State or Federally Issued, or Passport)
- Social Security Card
- Current water bill
- Proof of most recent 30 days' income
- Proof of categorical eligibility (SNAP or FAP Food Assistance benefit letter)
