Administrative Summary

The City of Detroit in coordination with Henry Ford Health System will construct streetscape improvements along West Grand Boulevard from Cass Avenue to Rosa Parks Boulevard. The project includes the construction of landscaped medians, protected bike lanes, and enhanced crosswalks with ADA-compliant ramps near the Henry Ford Hospital Campus. The total project budget is $1,803,751. Federal funds are $1,352,813. Local match of $450,938 will be provided by Henry Ford Health System. Construction of the Project will begin in June 2026.
