District 4 Adaptive Reuse Ordinance

To solicit the input of as many Detroiters as possible, the Planning and Development Department, in partnership with the Detroit City Planning Commission, will be presenting the proposed Adaptive Reuse ordinance at a Department of Neighborhood’s meeting in each council district.
