Join us for District 2 Community Walks.

Community, like your home, is a place that can provide security, peace, a sense of belonging, and familiarity. Let's explore how that happens in our District 2 Communities by walking with our neighbors.

We will:

• Highlight and discuss both the assets and the challenges.
• Form meaningful relationships between neighbors.
• Identify resources that residents can bring back to their neighborhood and acknowledge support persons in the neighborhood.
• Strengthen the District 2 community by walking and working together.

July 19th, 8 Mile Emerge
9 am Meet at Johnson Recreation

September 6th - McNichols and Live 6 Alliance
11 am Location TBA
 

September 13th - New Martin Park
Noon  Meet at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church
(16100 Lawton)

October 25th - Livernois Community Parade
2 pm start, Meet at the Public Parking Lot at Livernois and Pembroke
