The Detroit City Council has scheduled an Community Development Block Grant/Neighborhood Opportunity Fund Homeless Public Service Deliberations  to be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Erma L. Henderson Auditorium, 13th floor, Coleman A. Young Municipal Center.
