Meeting Notice of the

Property Assessment Board of Review

The Property Assessment Board of Review is a nine (9)-member body appointed by City Council to consider matters concerning real and personal property and classification changes.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and to protect the health of the public, participants and board members, the Board of Review shall conduct this special meeting remotely.  The purpose of the meeting is to conduct business of the Board  as it relates to assessment appeals, changes, errors and corrections along with updates and information.

In accordance with the Open Meetings Act, MCL 15.261, et seq., Executive Order 2020-154 issued by Governor Whitmer temporarily authorizing remote participation is public meetings and hearings, this Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Review is scheduled for Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 11:00 AM will be held remotely.

Members of the public may participate remotely and provide public comment by telephone or videoconference.  If you are using a telephone, when the Chairperson asks for public comment, use *9 to raise your hand to speak by telephone.  If you are using the video conference, when the Chairperson as for public comment, click the participant list and find your name then tap Raise Hand to indicate that you want to make a public comment.
