La Junta de Comisionados de Policía (Board of Police Commissioners) fue creada en 1974 por el Estatuto Municipal (City Charter) y se adoptó a través del voto de las personas. The BOPC meets every week. Meetings are held at Detroit Public Safety Headquarters each Thursday at 3:00 pm except the second Thursday, when the community meetings are held at 6:30 pm. Sign up for the weekly agenda to get community meeting locations sent to you.
