Assist clients with obtaining and/or retaining permanent housing by providing verified housing resources that address barriers such as income stability, physical and mental health, or substance abuse challenges.  

Collaborate with community agencies to strategize and support clients by maximizing solutions to housing issues across the community.  

Collaborate with CHAG to update and maintain Housing Resources webpage.
