The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the General Services Department requests proposals from qualified Respondents to render certain technical or professional services as outlined in this RFP to provide a refresh to Spirit Plaza which includes, removing and replacing the existing playground, installation of new covered stage, new turf surfacing, and procurement and installation of various site amenities for a term of two (2) years.
