Islandview Greater Villages RFQ Pre-Submission Conferences

The Housing and Revitalization Department will host two optional pre-submission conferences for the recently released Requests for Qualifications for development opportunities in the Islandview Greater Villages neighborhood.

The Pre-Submission Conference for the Duplex Rehabilitation RFQ will be held at 1:00 P.M. EST on November 30, 2018 at the City of Detroit Housing and Revitalization Department, located in Suite 908 (9th Floor), CAYMC, 2 Woodward Avenue, Detroit, Michigan 48226.

The Pre-Submission Conference for the Townsend Infill RFQ will be held at the same location directly following at 1:30 P.M. EST.
