The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the Department of Neighborhoods is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to operate a Tool Bank to support the Serve Detroit program. The purpose of the Tool Bank is to serve as a community resource that lends tools and equipment to residents, community groups and non-profit organizations to encourage civic engagement and promote community development.
