The Denby/Whittier Neighborhood Framework Plan is an action-oriented, community-driven vision that reflect community needs and guides future improvements in the neighborhoods: Denby, Moross-Morang, Outer Drive-Hayes, and Yorkshire Woods.

HOUSING AND NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION

  • Explore opportunities for multi-family and mixed-use redevelopment
  • Identify opportunities for publicly owned land and structures

COMMERCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

  • Explore opportunities for commercial corridor improvements 

  • Identify assets and areas of reinvestment  

  • Support small business development  

MOBILITY AND STREETSCAPES 

  • Explore opportunities to improve multi-modal (i.e. walking, biking, transit, driving) safety and connectivity

ENVIRONMENT AND THE PUBLIC REALM
