Labor Compliance

Labor Compliance is responsible for the compliance oversight and monitoring of two federal regulations – Davis-Bacon and Section 3.  The objective of these regulations are to provide employment opportunities and fair wages to employees working on federally funded construction projects within the City of Detroit.
