The City of Detroit is spending its $826.7 million of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) on a variety of programs, projects and initiatives that are improving the quality of life for Detroiters. The Office of Contracting and Procurement is continuing its outreach to businesses that can provide a variety of goods and services to meet the needs of the City’s ARPA programs.
