The Director of the Department of Public Works announces that the "Frost Law" weight restrictions will be imposed and enforced on all City jurisdiction roads, with the exception of:
- Georgia St., from Mt. Elliott St. to St. Cyril Ave.
- Mt. Elliott St., from Conant to Dodge St.
- Oakwood Blvd., from Dix St. to Ormond St.
- Dearborn St., Fort St. to Kaier St.
- Athens Ave., from Harper Ave. to Devine St.
- Devine St., from Athens Ave to French Rd.
