On Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at approximately 8:54 p.m., the 38-year-old female victim was driving in the 14200 block of Mettetal, when an unknown suspect pulled alongside of her and fired a shot, striking the victim.

The vehicle, described as a gray Durango with blue floodlights and a broken rear driver’s side window, was last seen north on Mettetal, then eastbound on Grand River.

The victim was treated at a local hospital for his injury.
