The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance for information regarding a Homicide.

On Friday, August 15, 2025 at approximately 4:12 p.m., a 17-year-old male was fatally shot outside of a residence. The attached video depicts the suspect running from the scene while holding an AR-15–style rifle.
