  • Rate Schedule
  • Staging Permit
  • Contract Between Business and Valet company
  • Contract Between Valet company and Parking lot where vehicles are stored
  • Articles of incorporation
  • Identification of applicant
 Fees and Renewals

Valet: $250.00

This license expires every 2 years on January 31st.
