  • Articles of incorporation
 Fees and Renewals
  • Bathhouse: $138.00
  • Massage Parlor: $205.00
  • Massage Parlor and School: $205.00
  • Massage School: $205.00
  • Tattoo Parlor: $178.00

You’ll have to renew this license every June 30th.
