  • Cash Sales only

  • Successful bidder must have valid Driver’s License

  • Vehicles can only be viewed the day of the auction

  • All winning bids will require $100 non-refundable deposit and valid driver's license to proceed.

  • Full payment (CASH ONLY) is required after bidding of vehicle.

  • Successful bidder is responsible for the removal of vehicle by 5:00pm of the day of the auction, or storage fee’s will be applied

  • All Vehicles are Sold AS-IS
  • All Are Welcome

 Monthly and Group Parking

ATTENTION MONTHLY PARKERS

All monthly customers are responsible for making their payments from the 15th through the 25th of each month for the upcoming month. If payments are not received by the 25th of the month, parking cards will be deactivated and hangtags will not be honored on the first day of the upcoming month. A $40 processing fee will be required to reinstate parking privileges.
