Small Buildings Program Notice of Funding Availability - Released September 30, 2026

The Small Buildings Program Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) offered by the City of Detroit Housing and Revitalization Department (HRD) provides for-profit and non-profit housing developers the opportunity to apply for financial support to renovate or construct residential structures that contain 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 total residential units in the City of Detroit. Developed units may be offered for sale or rent in compliance with the program affordability restrictions.
