In accordance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations governing Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR), City of Detroit hereby notifies the public that beginning on September 29, 2026, and ending on October 29, 2026, public comment will be accepted on the proposed changes to the CDBG-DR Action Plan Amendment. 

The proposed amendments are summarized below and may be viewed in full on the CDBG-DR website at: https://detroitmi.gov/departments/housing-and-revitalization-department/hud-programming-and-information/cdbg-disaster-recovery/2021-cdbg-dr-allocation

Amendment/Description: Updated Public facilities – Emergency Shelter Rehabilitation project descriptions, eligible activities, and eligible applicants.
