Public Comment: Members of the public will have an opportunity to address the Board during the designated public comment period.  Time Limit: Each speaker is limited to one (1) minute and thirty (30) seconds. 

In-Person Attendance: Individuals wishing to speak in person may do so by submitting a public comment request prior to the start of the meeting. During the public comment period, each speaker will be recognized by the Chair in the order in which public comment requests were received.

Virtual Attendance: Individuals attending virtually who wish to provide public comment must submit a request to speak at least ten (10) minutes prior to the start of the meeting. Such request must include the individual’s full name and be submitted to [email protected].  The Chair will call on speakers in the order requests are received. All comments must be directed to the Chair and made in a respectful manner. The Board reserves the right to enforce reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions to ensure the orderly conduct of the meeting.
