Buildings, Safety Engineering, and Environmental Department Board of Appeals Hearing

On December 22, 2020, Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed Senate Bill 1246 into law and is now Public Act 254 of 2020. Between March 31, 2021, and December 31, 2021, electronic meetings are allowed under certain circumstances. Pursuant to Public Act 254 of 2020, the City of Detroit Buildings, Safety Engineering, and Environmental Department Board of Appeals will be meeting electronically.

The Detroit Buildings, Safety Engineering, and Environmental Department Board of Appeals Hearing will be held electronically, in compliance with the Open Meeting Act and Public Act 254 of 2020. On Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., the Buildings, Safety Engineering, and Environmental Department will be meeting electronically for an Emergency Board of Appeals Hearing for locations at 2442 Michigan and 7430 Second.
