Calling all Large Buildings in Detroit: Energy and Water Tracking is required! Attend a Webinar for Support!

Buildings in Detroit over 25K square feet were required to report their 2025 energy usage by June 1, 2026. Any building that has not complied to this ordinance is encouraged to attend a webinar or visit office hours with the Office of Sustainability.

This virtual session will help you enter your data into Energy Star Portfolio Manager to comply with the Detroit Benchmarking Ordinance. 

 

At this webinar, we will show a brief presentation about the Energy and Water Benchmarking Ordinance, and offer time for building owners to get assistance with energy and water tracking, in compliance with the Detroit Benchmarking Ordinance.

 

Note:  All building types are invited to register and attend.
