On Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at approximately 8:15 p.m., in the 6800 block of Michigan Ave., a family was inside of a local restaurant when one of the family members had to use the restroom. The female child entered the restroom when a male entered a short time later and inappropriately touched the fully clothed child. The male then fled the scene on foot.

Person-of-Interest: Black male, 35 - 45, 5’ 10 - 5’ 11, heavy build, wearing a red flannel shirt, and black pants.
