On Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at approximately 9:41 p.m., in the 17100 block of Huntington, the 53-year-old male victim was sitting in his vehicle when an unknown suspect in a red or burgundy newer model Chevy Malibu pulled alongside of the victim and fired shots, striking the victim. The suspect then fled northbound on Huntington.

The victim is being treated at a local hospital for his injury.
