The 37-year-old female victim was sitting in her vehicle along with her family at the gas station. The suspect and a female approached her. While they were speaking to each other, the suspect produced a gun and the victim pulled off and fled the scene. The suspect then followed the victim in a black Jeep SUV to the area of Gallagher and McNichols and fired two shots, then fled. No injuries were reported.
