An unknown male suspect fired shots in the area. One of the bullets struck a 53-year-old male who was stopped in traffic inside a silver 2018 Nissan Rogue.

The suspect was wearing a black jacket, white pants, and black shoes. He was walking a Rottweiler and was with two young children.

The victim was privately conveyed to a local hospital and was treated for his injury.
