FEMA Disaster Recovery Center to Open at Wayne County Community College for One Day Only on April 4
FEMA and the U.S. Small Business Administration will open a Disaster Recovery Center at the Wayne County Community College – Northwest Campus for one day only on Thursday, April 4, to help survivors of the severe storms on Aug. 24-26, 2023, apply for federal disaster assistance, upload documents, learn about ways to make their property more disaster-resistant and get their questions answered in person.
The Disaster Recovery Center will be open from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the WCCC Larry K. Lewis Education Center – Media Lab 116, 8200 West Outer Drive, in Detroit. For more information about the disaster recovery operation in Michigan, visit fema.gov/disaster/4757.
