The 40-year-old male victim and the suspect were involved in a verbal altercation, when the suspect fired shots, striking the victim.

Suspect is described as a male, last seen wearing a black, white, and green varsity jacket, white t-shirt, black pants, and black and white gym shoes.

The victim was treated at a local hospital and was released.
