The suspect fired shots outside of the Third Street Bar, and fatally wounded a 34-year-old male victim. The suspect is described as a male with a beard and mustache. He was last seen wearing a ‘New York’ jacket with a hooded sweatshirt underneath. Detectives also want to speak to the female Person-of-Interest who was in the area at the time of the incident and may have information regarding this crime.
