Please create an account for our Electric Licensing and Permitting System (eLAPS) to apply for a Zoning Verification Letter

Once you have created an account you can apply by:

• Selecting the PLANNING tab
• Select CREATE AN APPLICATION
• Select the record type ZONING VERIFICATION

Once your application is review you will receive an email notifying you that you have received an invoice for your application. When your invoice is ready please follow the following steps.

• Log into your Accela account
• Select MY RECORDS under the home tab
• Select PLANNING descending menu
• Select your record number
• Select the PAYMENTS descending menu
• Select FEES
• Select PAY FEES and proceed to checkout
