Bidders must be pre-qualified for this bid package before bidding document will be made available.
Contractor Pre-Qualification through TradeTapp in BuildingConnected online Trade Partners - Roncelli must be completed and submitted to Roncelli-Brinker prior to document access will be forwarded for the project.

Due to the end of year holidays, it is highly recommended that interested parties submit prequalification applications as soon as possible to allow adequate time for review by the CM.
All information for pre-qualification must be submitted no later than Friday, January 2, 2026 to eligible for Architectural Trades, Mechanical, Electrical, Site Paving and Landscaping Work Bid Package.
