Riverside Marina
Our deep-water harbor docks are maintained year-round to keep them in top condition. We offer 30', 45' and 60' wells and dual 30- and 50-amp service for your electrical needs. The Riverside Marina Clubhouse is a favorite summer spot for our boaters. Splash in the heated swimming pool or relax and unwind in the Jacuzzi. The clubhouse also features well maintained showers and spacious locker rooms along with convenient laundry facilities. Riverside Marina cares for your boating investment year-round.
Erma Henderson Marina
The Marina is named after Erma L. Henderson, a Detroit civil rights advocate and the first African American woman elected to the City Council. Erma served as a Councilmember from 1972 - 1985, including time as Council President. The marina occupies 15 acres along the Detroit River and is convenient to all of downtown's attractions. The marina underwent a $6 million renovation project that began in March 2000 which upgraded the facility to a modernistic marina. It is celebrated for encouraging diversity within the city of Detroit during a time of economic growth.
