The Detroit Police Department is seeking information from the community regarding an armed robbery.

On Monday, May 5, 2025 at approximately 12:30 p.m., in the 4700 block of E. Outer Dr., the suspect walked up to 2 adult male victims, armed with a gun, and announced a robbery. The suspect then fled on foot with one of the victim’s wallet and cell phone.

No injuries were reported.

The suspect is described as a male, early 20’s, 6’ 0”, approximately 160 LBS. stubble on his face, short dark straight hair, wearing a puffer coat, black pants, and brown boots.
