Economic Opportunities Generated by Section 3 of the HUD Development Act of 1968

 Section 3 of the HUD Development Act of 1968 requires that economic opportunities generated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development financial assistance for housing and community development programs be directed to low and very low-income persons.
