Notice of public meeting being held Tuesday, April 29, at 5pm, at Greenfield Union School, located at 420 W. Seven Mile Rd., Detroit, MI, 48203.

The Historic Designation Advisory Board (HDAB) is holding a community meeting for our ongoing Arab & Chaldean history project!

Please join us on Tuesday, April 29, at 5pm, at Detroit’s historic Greenfield Union School in the Chaldean Town neighborhood in District 2. HDAB staff and our consultant team at Quinn Evans Architects will share more than 100 years of Arab and Chaldean history in Detroit and discuss what’s next for the project. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend! Light refreshments will be provided.

Greenfield Union School is located at 420 W. Seven Mile Rd., Detroit, MI, 48203. Free parking is available in a fenced lot behind the school, and along Blake and Charleston Streets.

This is an in-person community meeting, and does not have a virtual component.
