On February 7, 2025, three suspects were inside of a gas station in the 21700 block of W. McNichols Rd. While inside of the location the victim became engaged in a verbal altercation with suspect 3. The verbal altercation escalated and suspect 3, and the victim became engaged in a brief physical altercation. During the physical altercation, suspect 1 produced a firearm, firing a shot, injuring the victim. Suspect 2 entered the driver seat of a Red Jeep SUV followed by Suspect 1 and Suspect 2 and fled the location at a high rate of speed.
