ANY customer who has a past due balance can enroll in EasyPay with only $10 down.

Remaining balance will be spread across 36 months.

Protected from shut off and penalties, as long as you’re current.
How It Works
The customer makes a $10.00 down payment. The past due balance is divided across 36-months, plus the current monthly water, sewer and drainage bill.

To enroll in the new DWSD EasyPay Plan, call 313-267-8000 and say “Easy Pay” or enroll through the DWSD Customer Self-Service Portal.
