Metropolitan Building
The building originally housed once shops and offices for jewelry manufacturers and wholesalers. The Metropolitan Building closed in 1977 and remained vacant until it was rehabilitated in 2018 for its current use as the Element Detroit at the Metropolitan Hotel.
