Many of our passengers who ride DDOT are deeply affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to understand better how these unprecedented challenges are impacting your day-to-day travel experience. 
 
Please take our brief DDOT COVID-19 Customer Survey

Surveys are available near the cashier window to complete in English, Spanish, and Arabic at the Rosa Parks Transit Center for a limited time. To ensure the health and safety of staff and passengers, please bring your writing utensil (pen or pencil) to complete the survey. Submit surveys in the lockbox above the table, as shown in the photo below.

Any person with a disability that needs accommodations to complete the survey should contact DDOT Customer Service Monday - Friday from 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. at (313) 933-1300 to request assistance. 
 
Once we have analyzed the results, we look forward to sharing our findings with you. 
 
All survey responses will remain anonymous and help us in the efforts of reestablishing fixed-route service normalcy.
