Programs are available for a range of ages and activity level across the city.
Activities range from youth and senior computer labs to swimming, and many things in between.
Clark Park Coalition
Clark Park in Southwest Detroit provides year round programming for more than 1,200 youth.
It operates the only regulation-sized outdoor ice hockey rink in Metro Detroit.
Free lunch is provided daily to more than 100 youth throughout the summer.
Coleman A. Young Foundation - College Access and Awareness Program (CAAP)
The CAAP provide youth with awareness and access to opportunities for post-secondary education through
site visits to Michigan colleges and universities and a visit to a HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities).

Detroit Public Library HYPE Teen Center
HYPE stands for Helping Young People Excel. It is the umbrella for teen focused programs and services at the Detroit Public Library (DPL). DPL recognizes that teens need their own space to learn, explore, or simply hang out. The HYPE Teen Center combines digital technology with interaction, resulting in innovation, and engagement that allows our teen to develop and become hyped for success.

Meet Up and and Eat Up is a statewide coordinated network of programming that provides healthy meals to kids in need all year long whee they live and play.
Midnight Golf Program
The Midnight Golf teaches life skills like financial literacy and community activism, as well as the game of golf. This is a 30 week mentoring program.
Pro-Literacy Detroit offers goal-centered, individualized tutorial services for persons 16 years
SERMetro Detroit - Youth of Promise Leadership Program
SER Metro offers a variety of programs including preparing low-income young people ages 18-24 who dropped out of high school to earn their GED while learning job skills. a High School completion program for youth ages 16-19, and comprehensive year round services for youth ages 14-18 in high school.
Teen HYPE Youth Development Program
Teen HYPE is a year round program (September-August) that helps young people build life skills.
The summer session will focus on soft skills and leadership development though paid summer internships and community service. Youth may apply beginning in May 2015 for membership beginning September 2015.

The Youth Connection provides college readiness, job training, and exposure to a variety of careers.
The Year-Round Program
The Year-Round program is an ongoing 12 month program including a six week paid summer work-experience element running from July through August.
Wayne Metro (WM)
Wayne Metro delivers programs and services to tens of thousands of people in Wayne County including City of Detroit residents each year. Their services and referral networks are designed to help individuals and families in crises move toward stability. WM also works with people from diverse backgrounds to develop skills and long-term strategies to achieve success in life.
Youth Power Movement (YPM
YPM has a youth-driven process where young people come together to discuss issues, and understand the issue through research and meetings. YPM allows youth to develop solutions and campaigns as one community, then implement their ideas with the support of adult volunteers. The plan becomes a reality through partnerships with community organizations.
