Abundant Care Training Services (ACTS) Detroit

The center operates a "Skills for Life" summer day camp for children 6-16 years old. The 6 week program includes :
Enhancing academic skills
Computer workshops
Sports instruction
Digital video production training
Field Trips
Vacation Bible school

Boll Family YMCA Metropolitan Detroit

At the "Y", children and teens learn values and positive behaviors, and explore their unique talents and interests.
The YMCA offers programs in childcare, basketball, gymnastics, swimming, summer camp, education and recreation.

Clark Park Coalition

Clark Park in Southwest Detroit provides year round programming for more than 1,200 youth.
It operates the only regulation-sized outdoor ice hockey rink in Metro Detroit. Free lunch is
provided daily to more than 100 youth throughout the summer.

City of Detroit - Recreation Centers

Programs are available for a range of ages and activity levels across the city. Activities range
from youth and senior computer labs to swimming and many things in between.

Detroit PAL

In partnership with the Detroit Police Department and community volunteers, Detroit PAL builds character
in young people through athletic, academic and leadership development programs.

Matrix Human Services - Matrix Connecting Families

This program serves youth ages 5 to 17. Program activities iclude:
Acting classes at the Mosiac Youth Theater
As well as boy scouts and girl scouts.


Playworks Detroit


We are a school based program an operate 99% of the time in schools during the school year. On occasion we are asked to help with summer school at one of our partner schools. We do this on a case by case basis. We do not operate any summer programming outside of those school partners
