Arts and Culture Listening Tour

Mayor Mike Duggan reaffirmed the city's commitment to its creative community by appointing community advocate Rochelle Riley as the City of Detroit's Director of Arts and Culture.

Rochelle will give shape and focus to Detroit's investments in arts and culture and advocate for opportunities for one of the most inventive and resourceful creative communities in the world.

Rochelle's first act as director is to go on a district-by-district Listening Tour to ask artists, art program directors and other residents two questions:

What do you want that is artistic, historic or cultural in your district and our city? Mark your calendars! We want to hear from you!
