Russell Woods/Nardin Park

The City of Detroit worked in conjunction with Lorcan O’ Herlihy Architects (LOHA) to develop a comprehensive neighborhood plan for Russell Woods and Nardin Park.

This neighborhood plan recognizes part of our framework strategy and protects residential neighborhoods within Russell Woods/ Nardin Park boundaries. The framework plan highlights and protects the character of the neighborhood's future development.

One City. For all of us.

Neighborhood stakeholders and the City work together to determine how investments should be made in the neighborhood to achieve:

A healthy and beautiful Detroit, built on inclusionary growth, economic opportunity, and an atmosphere of trust.
